Every package comes with a free subscription to QuickBooks Online that we will set up for you. If your business already has a QuickBooks Online account, we will coordinate with you to provide us access to that account and to set it up as a free account.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Let us know you are interested in setting up your free, no-strings-attached consultation, and we will reach out to you to get that video conference scheduled. If you live in Richmond, Indiana or the surrounding area and you prefer to schedule an in-person meeting, we can arrange that meeting. During this meeting we will get to know you and your business to determine what type of services will best suit your needs.

Step 2

After we collect the information needed during our initial meeting, we will put together a proposal that outlines the pricing and the work to be performed each month. We will schedule another video conference with you to discuss the proposal and make any necessary changes. Once everyone agrees upon the proposed terms, we will craft an engagement letter to be signed by both parties.

Step 3

After the engagement letter has been signed, we will begin the onboarding process. This process includes setting up your QuickBooks Online account (both new and existing accounts), filling out intake forms, sharing necessary documents, and setting up any log-in credentials that are needed. It may seem like a lot to do in the very beginning, but we promise it becomes smooth sailing once the onboarding process is completed.

After all of this is completed, you will be well on your way to a pain-free, stress-free bookkeeping experience!

PRICING

All of our pricing is customized specifically to each individual client, so please schedule your free, no-strings-attached consultation to determine your business’s unique pricing package.

For estimation purposes only, a basic bookkeeping package (classifying transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing financial statements) for a small business with the minimum number of monthly transactions would cost approximately $400 per month while a larger business could expect to pay something in the realm of $900 or $1,000 per month. Each feature added onto the basic bookkeeping package would also increase the monthly rate.

Each package comes with a free QuickBooks Online subscription for your business. If you currently pay for a QuickBooks Online subscription, we will coordinate with you to turn that account into a free account.
